Q:Why is my connection to the TV unsuccessful?
A:Please make sure the console has the game card inserted and do not plug the power cord directly into the TV! It will cause the TV to show no signal, please use a 5V1A normal charger to power on. If you still can’t solve the problem, please contact VILCORN OFFICE STORE shop to solve the problem.
Q:Why can’t I use the joystick?
A:Please check whether the receiver has been connected, the light of the joystick is always on means that it has been connected successfully, if it flashes, it means that there is no battery. There is P1P2 slide at the bottom of the handle, please select P1 for player 1 and P2 for player 2.
Q:Why can’t I play the game?
A:95% of our games are tested to run normally, 5% of the game because the game version of the game is not perfectly compatible, please consider before purchasing, the game does not accept disputes.
